At Axis Fab, every product we create is made to order, customized, and produced with precision using our professional 3D-printing equipment. Because each item is uniquely created—often featuring personalized logos, text, or dimensional adjustments—we cannot accept general returns.
Returns are reviewed on an individual basis and are only accepted in cases involving quality control issues, such as:
Manufacturing defects
Structural failures outside normal use
Major print flaws or inaccuracies
Incorrect customization due to our error
To request a return review, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos or video showing the problem
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Changes in design preference after production
Incorrect files, logos, or specifications provided by the customer
Normal cosmetic variations inherent to the 3D-printing process
If a quality issue is confirmed, Axis Fab will provide:
A free replacement, or
A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return.
