Refund policy

At Axis Fab, every product we create is made to order, customized, and produced with precision using our professional 3D-printing equipment. Because each item is uniquely created—often featuring personalized logos, text, or dimensional adjustments—we cannot accept general returns.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are reviewed on an individual basis and are only accepted in cases involving quality control issues, such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural failures outside normal use

  • Major print flaws or inaccuracies

  • Incorrect customization due to our error

To request a return review, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos or video showing the problem

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Changes in design preference after production

  • Incorrect files, logos, or specifications provided by the customer

  • Normal cosmetic variations inherent to the 3D-printing process

Reprints & Replacements

If a quality issue is confirmed, Axis Fab will provide:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return.
