Shipping policy

At Axis Fab, every product is made to order with custom designs, logos, or dimensions. Because of this, production and shipping timelines can vary based on order complexity and print queue volume.

Production Time

Each order is individually printed, finished, and quality-checked before shipment. Typical production times are:

  • Standard Orders: 3–7 business days

  • Large or Complex Orders: 7–14 business days

  • High-Volume Custom Projects: Timelines vary and will be communicated during the quoting process

Production begins once all design files, logos, and specifications have been approved and payment has been received.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available options may include:

  • Standard Ground Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Priority or Overnight (upon request, if applicable)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping speed.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected. Axis Fab cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

  • Replacement or refund decisions will be based on the outcome of the claim

  • Axis Fab is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier

Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If you need to update an address, please contact us before your order ships.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination. Buyers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has left our facility.
